It started with the creation of a membership-based recipe site that helps you slowly transition to a more whole-foods, plant-strong lifestyle. In baby steps. Over 12 months.

I’m pretty proud of it & what it has done for people. Because it’s not enough to have a bunch of recipes. You need a strategy. And, some guidance.
