What is Nutrition Coaching?
Great question – because you probably have some preconceived ideas of what that must look like.
Here’s how it really works.
You probably have some health goals in mind (lose weight, feel better, have more energy, improve your overall health, prevent disease….whatever that may be). Maybe you’re thinking about following a short-term strategy or ‘eating style’ or workout program to ‘get your rear in gear’.
But, even if by brute force you can follow through – you realize that at some point you’re going to be right back where you started. When what you really want is to just be naturally driven to make the healthy choice & to have your own self care on auto-pilot.
So, here’s what we do together.
Together, we look at the outcome you want & we create a realistic plan to get you there. Not just a plan, but the actual ‘how to really make it happen’. Without restrictions. Without turning your life upside down. Without living by someone else’s eating ‘rules’.
We cover the food, the plan and the strategies. But, we also tackle the obstacles – like your limited time, poor habits, lack of support from family/friends & even the emotional baggage that we all carry around food & our eating habits.
Best part is – it’s actually FUN! You learn SO much about yourself. And, because everything we do is habit-based, you make lasting changes that become an extended part of you – operating on auto-pilot behind-the-scenes every day.
Who is it for?
I can only work with a limited number of clients at a time, so we’ll definitely want to make sure we’re a good match. You will get the most out of working with me, if you are:
- Exhausted, stressed and/or overworked
- Ready to make your own health a bigger priority
- Excited to ditch the diets and make a lasting change

How does it work?
I usually start by having you complete a simple nutrition assessment so we know where we’re starting and where we’re going. From there, we design a program that works within your time schedule & your budget.
Most of my programs run 3-6 months and the price ranges from $140 to $275/month, so it’s very affordable. I can probably even show you how to save money on your shopping & eating out to help offset the costs. How’s that for a deal?
